Our Philosophy
At PPWT, we believe in making a difference through movement. Our mission is to support everyone-regardless of gender, age or fitness level-on their wellness journey. Pilates can benefit all, including males and females of all ages, and we warmly welcome children aged 10 and older when accompanied by a parent / adult.
Our classes seamlessly blend classical and contemporary techniques, drawing from my comprehensive training with the Lolita San Miguel Legacy Method at Balans Pilates and contemporary training through Stott Pilates at Pointe Ahead Pilates, both in Scotland. This diverse background enriches your experience and helps your achieve optimal results.
